Refund Policy

AGF VISUALS is committed to providing high-quality services for bookings, creative content, and document exchanges. The following refund policy applies:

Refunds may be requested only if the service has not yet commenced.

Partial refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund process to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling and service operations. Please review the following policy carefully before booking.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds may only be requested if the service has not yet commenced.

  • Once a service has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of the circumstances, as time and resources have already been allocated.

2. Cancellations and Partial Refunds

  • Customers who cancel their service at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled start time are eligible for a partial refund of the total service fee.

  • The exact refund amount may vary depending on administrative or processing fees, which will be clearly stated at the time of cancellation.

3. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

  • This policy ensures that time reserved for you cannot be rebooked on short notice and compensates our team for lost opportunities.

4. Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur an additional fee or be treated as a cancellation, depending on the situation.

5. No-Shows

  • Failure to attend a scheduled service without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare cases such as verified emergencies or service provider cancellations, AGF VISUALS reserves the right to issue full or partial refunds or credit vouchers at its discretion.

  • Documentation or proof may be required to support such claims.

7. How to Request a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team at booking@agfvisuals.com.

  • Please include your name, booking details, and reason for the request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial
