Digital Rights & Licensing Addendum

This Addendum governs how creative works — including **music, photo, and video files** — are managed and shared through our Platform.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in uploaded works remain with the original creator or rightful owner.

License to Platform

By uploading, you grant AGF VISUALS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to:

Host, store, transmit, and display the work for Platform functionality.
Facilitate downloads or access as part of confirmed bookings.

This license does not transfer ownership.

Usage Between Users

When users exchange media files through a booking, those works may only be used for the purposes defined in the transaction agreement or contract. Unauthorized use, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

IP Protection

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Rights holders may file takedown requests via email at booking@agfvisuals.com.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Addendum applies when AGF VISUALS acts as a data processor on behalf of clients or users.

Data Roles

* The **user** is the *Data Controller*.
* **AGF VISUALS** is the *Data Processor*.

Processing Purposes

We process personal and creative data solely to:

Provide Platform functionality (hosting, bookings, file exchange).

Subprocesses

Limitation of Liability
