Ownership

License to Platform

By uploading content, you grant AGF VISUALS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to host, display, and transmit your content as necessary for Platform functionality.

Representation

You represent and warrant that: You own or control all rights to the content you upload. The content does not violate any law or infringe any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property Rights

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Arbitration Agreement
